This piece features Hoai Bay on the south side here on Kauai with the Beach House restaurant, Lawai Beach Resort, and Prince Kuhio in the background. My family spends a lot of time here, especially for Falcon and Laelia to go surfing. The colors really started to become more chromatic and vibrant especially when the island shut down. You can see turquoise, aquamarine, pthalo, and a whole range of blues and greens. I really enjoyed painting the water.
Giclees are made to order and once the order is placed, it takes about 2-3 weeks for me to receive the canvas from the printing company, and then I will ship it to you. A giclee is a high quality, archival reproduction on canvas. It also comes stretched on stretcher bars ready to hang. Mahalo!
